First off, I came across this comic and thought it was so true. When you get in a writing group where you share publicly like that, there tends to be the lemming effect. One person states their opinion and everyone else agrees. That's why I like having multiple critique partners (who may or may not know each other). Each gives me a unbiased critique of my work and I can take their comments and compare notes. If more than one person says something is wrong, it likely is. :)
